Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Unable to install Oracle Configuration Manager

This is on Solaris 10 server host that has a vm server which also is running oracle.  I thought I would try the host first.

$ ./setupCCR -s my-csi#  my-email

Invalid My Oracle Support credentials.

    Customer Support Identifier (CSI): my-csi#

    My Oracle Support User Name: my-email
