Report can not be migrated successfully

Hi Experts

Could you please share me your advice on the following issue.

Now we are performing migration from 11g to 12c follow the doc below

Step1:

In BIEE11.1.1.9 environment

1.1 Change catalog type to File System

1.2 Then create some publisher report and save them.

1.3 Create repository as sh11g.rpd

Step2:

In BIEE12.2.1.2 environment

1.Run ./migration-tool.sh package bi-migration-tool.jar to generate the BI Migration Tool (bi-migration-tool.jar)

2.Copy bi-migration-tool.jar to 11.1.1.9 environment
