Parts requirements- Parts search

It is my first post here, so hello everyone I am using product version 12.2.5

I have gone through number of set ups for HTML Part requirements and now I got it running but would like to ask you few questions about further steps.

After entering Parts Requirement, I choose parts that are required for repair. Click for search parts, choose the appropriate search criterias and click search. Here the subinventories that are being sought up are those which technician (who is appointed to this repair task) has in its set up as default or usable (in Sprs mgt.>set up > resource adresses and subinventories). I see also that Destination organization is set up as default to the one that technician is operating in. Probably because of that, when searching for parts, the search as mentioned above is looking for parts in subinventories set
