Day based rate schedules

We are in the process of rolling out current EBS project
costing and billing solution to our subsidiary in UK, they have a requirement to
maintain day based rate schedules; example-billing rate is £ 350 per day.  Based on this we have to maintain both day
based cost and bill rate, until now for US we had hourly rate schedule. OTL is the
tool for time entry and cross change is applicable as UK employees can work on
US project and vice versa. Experts appreciate any help, pointers or whitepaper on
how to enable days based rate schedules.
