Data that were keyed in turned to zero upon submission in Smartview

Hi...

Can you please advise the scenario where values are turn to 0 when user click on submit after keyed data in cells through Smart view.

However user can able to access different Forms and able to submit without any issues.

Last month also same form worked fine without issues.

user is using 11.1.2.5.520 smartview version and HFM is running on 11.1.2.4.204
