Product Hierarchy Not getting added for Auto Order

Hi ,

We have a requirement where we need to create order from opportunity using Auto Order button. Now we have 8 products which are class based hierarchical products. For 7 products auto order are getting created successfully but for 1 product the order is getting created without hierarchy , i.e. , the attributes for the root bundle & the default products are not getting added. Getting the below error is the instance monitor :

Error invoking service 'Remote Complex Object Instance Service', method 'SyncInstance' at step 'BS: Sync Instance'.(SBL-BPR-00162)--Type - ISS_PROD_DEF; The value is required.; Identifier - (SBL-ISS-00120)

I have cleared cache for product & price list but still facing same error.
