Issue with Item Location (F41021)having double primary location.

There are lot of items in F41021 for one B/p having two primary locations. One primary location has LILOCN (Location) and LILOTN (LOT)value with some quntities (soft/hard commited). Now I want to delete one primary location having location and lot and quantity need to transffered to remaining one which is original primary location. Please help me how can I do this activity.

This issue I am facing in Xe version of JDE.
