Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Replace item number based on ship to

We have a number of clients who have sold to addresses for different countries and many ship to addresses in each country.

These ship to addresses all order the same product by different names, and all of the products have the same UPC code.

No all Ship To locations use the same product name.

Is there a way to use the Item Cross reference or other functionality to relate the item to the ship to address?
