Can a completed online W4 tax form be accessed somewhere in the system?

Where in EBS can we find the employee's W4 tax form that they completed via online self service?   Payroll department is concerned in case the IRS requests a copy of the employee's W4.   The online tax form also allows employees to upload attachments, but I have yet to find where those are stored.
