Object is modified or Someone is working on this object errors

Hi,

We have an issue where when redlining the BOM table in an assembly from a Change order, we keep getting "Object is modified,please refresh again" or "Object is read-only" or "Someone is working on this object"

No user is modifying the assembly and no other events are running on the assembly as well. What could be the other reasons we are getting these errors pop up?

Does Compliance rollups running in the background trigger lock on the objects?
