hope to reach a best design for

shop will sell a pizza :

1- customer will call a shop if a new customer(check by mobile number) we will save data for anew customer like mobile number,name,zone and address.

2- if customer exist we will retrieve data using mobile number .

3- add details for request like item,qty,price.

i want a method to user if customer not exist didn't close a form and go to define customer then return to create invoice .
