JDE9.1 System Performance is very slow

Hi,

Some times our ERP system perform very slow until we restart the web logic service and enterprise services. In addition, we are restart the entire physical server every week, but still us facing performance issue. Our server resource not exceed more than 40%.

In addition, we have an issue with schedule jobs. We automated some reports (Sales update,Stock,etc..) in schedule jobs.

Normally each reports run only 3-5Minitus. But, this week it took more than 1.30hours, However I have try to run the reports by manually but still its taking too long. Once I reboot the entire server, it has come back to normal state.
