New hire Start date Vs Background check date

Hi All, Greetings. Hope all is well.  Can you help me to understand if there is a standard report in Oracle R12.2 ERP to pull out employees data whose start date is less then the background check date. Or is anyone using sql to audit employee start date Vs back ground check date. Baskar.l
