Crew Scheduling not updating from Scheduling Workbench

Hi

When I update a work order directly to Assign a resource/instance from the HTML page I can view the assigned resource on the Crew Scheduler which is great.

However, if I view the resources on the Scheduling Workbench and use the Assign Instance functionality I have an issue.

i) View the Resource

ii) Right click and select "Assign to Instance"

iii) SAVE

a) Work order is updated, it shows the assigned resource.

b) BUT - Crew Scheduler does not show that WO assigned to the resource in question.

The only thing I can see different is the "Assigned Hours" on the WO updated from the Scheduling Workbench are NULL ??
