Oracle process utilizing more than 90% CPU on windows

Dear All,

Greetings,

I am using Oracle 11g on windows user complaining about slow performance of application.In task manager I observe that CPU utilization is more than 90% for "Oracle.exe" process. How can I identify performance issues.
