Workorderless completion generates Negative Inventory

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC)

Hello,

We are using workorderless completion process to disassemble Engine. We are using "WIP Completion Return" transaction type to do this disassembly. Also at Inventory Organization parameter we have not enable "Negative Inventory allow".

When we are doing this transaction engine backflush from desired subinventory and create onhand for Engine parts at Supply subinventory. Even we  have not enable "Negative Inventory allow", still we are can backflush Engine parts from desired subinventory (even we dont have onhand available in same subinventory).

I would like to know is this BUG in oracle 11i version OR is it STD functionality of oracle.
