Restriction on closed job with reserved items

Dear All

We are on R12.2

Just want to know about if we can apply some restriction on the TASK and WIP Transactions in depot repair.

For task.

If there is any reservation of spare parts is available in Task and it's not issued from the inventory for specific service order; one can still closed the TASK and SO without any restriction.

My question is there anyway to restrict the user at the time of closure of task; while there are some reservation/open lines of items available in TASK.

FOR WIP.

Same above query but for wip there are jobs and reservation is done in the material tab (Technician portal). now at the time of completion of JOBS/Work system must restrict the user to not proceed further.
