Hi,
We often receive complaints from our Employee population of encountering the error below when attempting to log into EBS
Your E-Business Suite account has expired. Please contact your System Administrator
We are on R.12.1.3 RUP9 and users authenticate in EBS through SSO.
I can't see to locate any details about the cause and am hoping if anyone can provide me the root cause and corrective action if you encountered this before.
