Calculate hardware requirement EBS

My Current Setup is:

Hardware Platform:SUN SPARC T5-4 (I have two servers). Hosted one Oracle ORACLE DATABASE with two instances.

OS:Solaris 11.3 64 Bit

NIC Cards:4 (On each Server)

RAM 400 GB (On each Server)

Now environment is going to change.

We need to add two more production databases by virtualizing this environment.(So it will be three databases in each SUN Server; Planning to host three hosts in each and cluster it one to one) One of them is ORACLE EBS Database.

The instances will be as follows.

EBS1(Host1 in Server1):EBS2(Host1 in Server1)

DBa1(Host2 in Server1)
