Purchasing items together

We have a range of items from a list of suppliers that have to be ordered at the same time because they use the same tool etc. Over the years these items have been become out of sync and the stocks no longer line up. This means the planned orders are not generated at the same time and this has to managed manually. Therefore we want to look at how Oracle can ensure these planned orders are always generated at the same time.
