My Oracle Support dashboard does not response to clicks

My Oracle Support dashboard does not response to clicks.

The only thing I can click is 'accessibility preference'. From there I can go other tabs e.g. 'service request'.

I also remember there this pop-up where I need to click 'dont enable' before proceed. This pop-up stopped appearing too.

At first it only happen on my laptop. At first I thought something to do with browser setting/java/flash/antivirus stuff. But now it also happen on my desktop
