Why isn't my rebuildable number appearing the schedule definition form when i try to create a PM Sch

I have a Rebuildable Number created in Enterprise Asset Management and want to add it to the Asset Number field in PM Schedule form but it does not recognise it? Has anyone had this issue and able to resolve it? thanks.
