How to I display a report on Dashboard and set it's visibility to a specific group of users?

Hi,

I have a requirement wherein I need to display a custom report on Dashboard. This dashboard should be available to all the BU Heads in the organization. Could you assist me with any labs for this scenario to get started? Or advice me on how do I achieve this?
