How to disable scheduled task for FDMEE - System maintenance tasks

Hi all,

We are on FDMEE 11.1.2.4.100. We have scheduled "maintain process tables" task to clear all records but last 30 days and it is clearly all records from FDMEE.

Q1 - Why is it clearing all records when it is defined to clear all but 30days?
Q2 - It is currently scheduled to run on 17th day of every month. How to disable scheduling ?  I do not see any option to disable scheduled tasks on front end.
