Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

Unable to run SQL access advisor recommendations in OEM 13c.

When I create new SQL access advisor task it creates as sys user and when I execute the recommendations of the task it gives the below error.

You are not the owner of this task. You may view the recommendations, but you will not be able to implement or change the recommendations.

I login as individual OEM user with the below privileges/roles and login to database as sysdba.
