How are prior PPED corrections made so that they are reflected in the R07371 Certified PR Register f
We are struggling with how to enter corrections for (finalized) prior pay periods to reflect new information for CA Prevailing Wages received after PRs are finalized; we cannot get the fringe and taxes to display on the R07371. Hoping to get assistance with how to do this and/or how other companies do this.
Example:
EE is processed through final update for PPED 1/7/17 without knowing it is a prevailing wage job. A few weeks later, the paperwork for prevailing wages surfaces so now we have to go back and correct the work dates (1/2/17-1/7/17 in the old PPED) to reflect the prevailing wages in our Certified Payroll Register R07371.
