Values in HFM are being added when loading file multiple times

Hi there, I am loading from FDMEE to HFM version 11.1.2.4 and each time the file is loaded, it adds the values, e.g. the value in the target POV is 60, its been loaded three times and is now 180 even though I am loading via a replace.  I want to the value to stay as 60 when loading the same file multiple times? Thanks!
