Table Locking when records are in use

Hi All,

I am looking for the similar functionality like object reservation.  Is there any way to lock/reserve all the transactions available in a table (standard/custom) when one user is attempting to perform add/delete/update on the table same time system should not allow other users to do add/edit/delete?  I am in 9.1.5 tool sets of JDE.
