Screen tabs and link bar are in Scrollbar mode

Hello Experts,

We are in a situation, that Screen bar and link bar are coming in scroll bar in IE 11, that too only for specific Object managers, not for all

Currently we have more than 20+ customized  object managers, in that only 2 oM's are responding in a scrollbar way for screen tab and links bar

Please find the attachment for more information
