Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC)

We are multi org company.

There are six legal entities in our retail sector and they have practice recording payable invoices in each and individual organizations and pay out only from one legal entity (Organization)- Current system allow to do so.

In the month end there transferring funds  each other.

and their doing financial consolidations as well as they retail sector.

Now we are trying to implement EBS financials to them.

Let me know the best method that we can achieve this requirement.
