Time Entry Allowed Going Over Vacation without Hard Error

Hello community,

One of our managers was entering Vacation pay in the Time Entry by Employee Master (P051191) for an employee who did not have any more Vacation hours available to take, and they did NOT get the usual red hard error that stops them from being able to save/continue. Now the Employee's Vacation hours available are showing as negative 6. Do you know why this would happen? Usually we see a hard error that doesn't let them continue. We only have one version setup that allows HR to override this if needed, but this manager does not have access to that
