Cost Interfaced twice into Projects

Hi All,

When I ran the Cost Collector Processes charged my project with some extra cost from expense type _ Miscellaneous, but it should not be and it double or even more the value of the project. 

Please let us know How can I remove/cancel this double costs in Projects and what Process I have to follow.
