Editing Leave Balance to prevent overpayment

Hello,

When an employee requests a leave of absence - using P07620 Employee Leave request - they actually can enter a leave request that exceeds their leave balance, regardless of the AVBL value stored in F07602 Leave Verification Rules,

which is set to '1' = Verify available leave balances. A hard error results if insufficient balances exist.

SETUP:

F07602   Leave Verification Set = Vacation;   Leave Verification Group = All Active Employees;

                F186201 Employee Groups - All Active Employees, a SELECT group including all employees where the F060116.YAPAST is greater than or equal to 0;

                F186206 All Active Employees  group includes the employee for whom the P07620 Leave Request program allows requesting more leave hours than the balance for that employee;
