Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. New JDE 9.2 install and bring my Business data and control tables over from my 9.0 environment,

I have done a new JDE 9.2 install and i now would like to just bring my Business data and control tables over from my 9.0 environment,

I can build packages for PS , DV and PY and the PS weblogic is working. i am trying to refresh the business data for DV

I have set permissions up on both the new and old data bases

i have created a custom installation plan.

But i am missing something as i keep on getting the following errors.
