Setting Up Workers Compensation on Form PAYUSDJC and populating Job Code for Jobs

We have been tasked with changing how we report our Workers Compensation to the State.  We want to take advantage of the Workers Compensation form (PAYUSDJC) in US Super HRMS Manager. 

Currently this is blank, so we have some work to do to get there. 

Question 1)  Does there need to be a value set or look up created for the new job codes to be used in an API?

Question 2)  Is there an API or other automated process that we can use to assign the workers comp code to the job?

Any assistance I can get on this is most appreciated.
