OHS DMZ 6.4.2

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Does anyone have any steps for configuring OTM 6.4.2 in a DMZ using https and certificates?  I'm having issues with slow response time for the DMZ server.  Not sure if it's port related or something in the OHS configuration.
