How to enable Reverse Expenditures in a Future Period Check box in Project Expenditure Batch

Hi,

We are currently using Pre-approved Exp batch  (Class : Miscellaneous Transaction) and system allows to use 'Reverse Expenditures in a Future Period Check box'. We want use Usage Costs with  Reverse Expenditures in a Future Period Check box, but this check box is grey out. Is there a way we can enable this check box.

Note: Check box is grey out when Class : Usage is selected. However check box is enabled to use when Class:  Miscellaneous Transactions is used.
