ODA - Technical support to fix DIMM failure?

Hi,

The ODA X5-2 machine is failing multiple times with following error after reboot.

  * Description: A memory DIMM has failed DDR training.

I went through the help link http://support.oracle.com/msg/SPX86A-8005-1T

It says that we need to reinsert the memory cards into those DIMM slots.

But the machine is in different location(Denver).

So, can you please let me know how to get in touch with the Technical Support team?
