Fomulas can not automatically create Recipe. ORA:00001 unique constraint( GMD.GMD_RECIPES_B_U1) viol

Hi,

Formulas can not automatically create Recipe

I created a new Organization
I set Recipe Generation,

I set Product development parameters with default Formulas Status and default Recipe Status were Approved for General Use

when i saved Formulas it was appearing Error  "ORA:00001 unique constraint ( GMD.GMD_RECIPES_B_U1) violated in package GMD_RECIPE_HEADER_PVT procedure CREAT_RECIPE_HEADER"

While I can do it in other Organizations.
