Assets transfer accounting

Hello everyone

We have changed the location of an asset on the assignment form.

There is accounting with even class 'transfer' created for this change (but it's the same account)

Why accounting was created just only location changes? Is it possible to stop the accounting to be created as we don't change the Expense account, we only change the location?
