Batch header records getting deleted for the posted G batches. What can be the reason?

Hello Community

Need advice from any one please.We have observed that from past 3 months user has found many G batches (already posted one) in Approved Status. On analyzing we found that the batch headers were found to be  missing for many G batches. R007021 creates the batch header records with status A. R007031 updated the batch status back to D.

We are unable to understand what can be the reason for batches headers records getting deleted for a group of old posted batches. Please help
