Where does HFM (classic) store rules?

Where does HFM (classic) store rules? I found some rule footprints in database - table APPNAME_BINARYFILES, column BINARYFILE, but this column has RAW type and size is 2000 bytes. Not all rules has size so small - our script has 9 656 606 bytes in Unicode (4 828 303 bytes in ANSI). But if I will export rule from application to *.rle file it is exported fully. So where HFM really stores full rule text?
