Indirect Sales Management and Pricing Options

We are in the process of Implementing Indirect Sales management   a) We have the following scenario       We sell to distributor @ 100 Dollars (Price is setup as Price List and Modifier with Qualifiers)    We have agreement with the end customers for 80 Dollars (Set up as PL and Modifier with Qualifiers)       and the end customers is SET up as a SHIP TO the distributor (we have qualifiers as SHIP TO)   We receive the POS data ,we expect the system to calculate the DISTRIBUTOR PRICE (100) and the End Customer price (80 ) create claim for the difference in amount which
