Batch headers missing

Hi All

We found an issue in our environments where Batch headers are suddenly missing.

Does any one know of any possible causes where multiple batch headers went missing all of sudden. The Batch headers then got created with the integrity report R0007021 in an "A" status and hence there was a difference in the post code between Batch header and Detail. We then had to run R007031 to get this fixed.

Just wanted to understand why this is happening and what could be the potential root cause.
