Download a report with working links

Hi All,

Is there any way to retain the functionality of report links in a download report?  For example, I have an opportunity report that will be pushed out to each user once a month and would like them to be able to click on the links in the downloaded version (excel, html, pdf) and have it take them to the appropriate record in teh CRM.  Is this possible?
