Issue in data update in Demantra Worksheet

in Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We are facing a sporadic issue in one of our worksheet that newly entered and saved data for some series sometimes disappears frequency is roughly 1/30 times.

On investigating the collaborator logs, we found that some of the series are getting missed out by demantra before building the update statement which updates the data into the database, so the series becomes null.

we have raised an SR with Oracle but they are insisting that  we have to replicate this issue on demand with replication steps only then they will be able to start their investigation.

If anybody has faced similar issue and fixed it kindly let me know.
