Exadata x6-2 GI 12.2.0.1 DB 12.2.0.1 shows ora.LISTENER_LEAF.lsnr,ora.qosmserver and ora.proxy_advm

Hi,

We installed a Exadata X6-2 (2 db nodes, 4 x Storage Cell Servers) with latest OEDA and GI versions 12.2.0.1 and DB versions 12.2.0.1. The install went fine the ASM diskgroup is running, database created, but when we ran crsctl stat res -t we noticed some services offline.

TARGET=OFFLINE

STATE=OFFLINE

After some investigation we discovered that Starting with Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12c Release 2 (12.2), Oracle Grid Infrastructure cluster configurations are Oracle Flex Clusters deployments.
