Web ADI - saved workbook

I have created and uploaded a GL journal Web ADI worksheet.  I saved the worksheet to my hard drive.  I open it and try to upload it again (same instance), but the Oracle menu on Excel menu bar is not available.  How can I upload this saved worksheet?  Thank you.
