Cache problem in P42101

In JDE 9.2 When I try to enter 2 sales orders via the application power form button “Submit and Enter New” becomes unresponsive for the second order. I must log off and log on again in order to enter a new order.

The log says the below error;

CAC0001025 - Application code leaked 9 caches which were detected when freeing environment JBLPD

Is this a know issue Do we have to apply any SAR to resolve this?
