Competency informatiom

Hello,

Currently testing Competency Information and something does not seem to work as expected, unless there is something I did not get, please advise.

1)      Using P05100 version ZJDE0002 Work With Competencies

          Processing Option 1 for P05100/ZJDE0002 = "MGR"

2)       Program P05106 Competency Update Events looks as follows:

          For "MGR", only competency types      001 - Training

                                                                        002 - Skills

                                                                        003 - Accomplishments

          are authorized.

          THEREFORE... I would expect that P05100 version ZJDE0002 would NOT allow me to enter any Language skills (Type 006) for an employee, but it does.

          What is it that I do not understand?
